We can strip out an entire office block floor by floor and remove signage, carpets and flooring if required. Documents and old computer equipment can be disposed of confidentially and a certificate of destruction can be issued.

We can dismantle server rooms, units and desks easily without causing disruption and even arrange for furniture and IT equipment to be transported to other locations.

We can clear council voids, distressed or properties which are deemed to be hazardous. These types of properties tend to be ex-drug houses, properties with extreme hoarding or deemed to be extremely unclean.

We are able to dispose of asbestos and most common chemicals (this excludes anything specialist or radioactive). All precautions are taken to secure the item for removal and it is taken to special handling sites for disposal.

We are qualified to remove offensive waste (assuming it is properly bagged) which is also disposed of at special sites.

These jobs are approached with special care and consideration and we often work closely with guardians or family members to ensure the safety of the person is not compromised. We have also carried out multiple clearances in elderly homes.

In the unfortunate event of a bereavement, we can clear a property and arrange for valuables and sentimental items to be sent to loved ones. This can be a particularly difficult time for a family so we are willing to support however we can to ensure the process is smooth.

We are able to make collections outside of our normal working hours (after 8pm). Some hired venues do not offer waste removal and we are on-hand to quickly assist.
